Coaching is a non-directive, confidential, supportive, one-to-one medium that acts as a catalyst for action. The outcome is higher self awareness and personal effectiveness. Within the coaching sessions you are the expert.
There is no-one telling or advising you what to do next. You will answer your own questions with a little help from me. Before deciding to engage a coach you must have a 'want', 'need' or 'goal' of some kind. You need to be able to answer the question 'What do you want?' Even if the goal is that you want to find out what it is you do want. Some of the things coaching can help you with are listed below.
